Scholarships

The GFWC Agawam Junior Women's Club donates scholarships to local area students who will be attending a two or four year college following their high school graduation.

 

ANY graduating high school senior who resides in a community in which a GWFC Agawam Junior Women's Club member resides, is planning to further his or her education in the current year, and who has focused time volunteering in the community is eligible to apply.  

 

(Current communities for 2023-2024 include Agawam/Feeding Hills, West Springfield, and Northampton.)

 

High school seniors can find a copy of the application HERE, once completed it can be submitted HERE. The deadline to submit an application is April 1, 2024. 

 

In addition, a GFWC AJWC Education Scholarship is also offered to any graduating senior who resides in Agawam or Feeding Hills, planning to further his or her education as a teacher. No affiliation with the GFWC AJWC is necessary. Those interested in applying for the GFWC AJWC Education Scholarship can find a copy of the application HERE and once completed, it can be submitted HERE. The deadline to submit an application is April 1, 2024.
