The General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), Agawam Junior Women's Club is a community service organization. We are committed to the betterment of our community through special projects supporting the arts, natural resources, education, healthy lifestyles, international causes and civic involvement.

Meetings

Meetings take place starting at 6:30 PM (arrive a few minutes earlier for social time) on the third Wednesday of each month, from September through June.

Meetings are at the Old Senior Center, in back of the new Senior Center, unless otherwise noted

January 17 - making Valentines for Veterans, at the Old Senior Center

February 21 - organizing orange ribbons for teen violence awareness month

March 20 - assembled 73 Easter bags for Helix Human Services (old CSH)

April 17 - worked with Agawam Garden Club to make 25 flowerpots w/ flowers for 

     Meals on Wheels recipients

May 22 - made Father's Day cards for Veterans

June 19 - social

September 18 - scheduled to make back-to-school gifts for teachers
